What you are dealing with now
Observations that go nowhere
An officer notes a vehicle in a fire lane, writes it in a shift log, and nothing about the lot changes.
Payment disputes at the vehicle
The moment an officer is asked to take money, a parking issue becomes a safety issue.
Proof of service the client questions
A client who cannot see what your officers did in their lot will eventually shop the contract.
One record, from first notice to release
One handed capture
Plate, up to three timestamped photos and GPS in under a minute, from the phone the officer already carries.
Warnings as the default
Where the client opens the ladder at a warning, the officer is delivering a notice rather than a penalty.
Officer safety by design
No cash, no card reader, no negotiation. Payment happens between the motorist and the platform.
Client reporting per site and per shift
Activity by property and by officer, exportable as proof of service for the account review.
Your policy sets the first step
Your agency chooses where escalation begins, at a warning, a citation or an immobilization, and how far it can go, up to a tow. The platform applies that choice the same way to every vehicle, so an operator in the field cannot waive a fee or depart from it.
The premier platform for the job
A new billable line, not a new headcount
Enforcement rides on the patrol route you already staff, which turns an existing contract into a larger one.
Liability moves onto the record
Photos, GPS and the cited rule are captured at the moment of the action, so a complaint is answered by the file rather than by the officer.
Training that takes one shift
The field flow has one path. New officers issue their first documented notice the day they are added.
Priced per site
$129 a month for your first site and 3 officers, $49 for each additional site. Busy posts can add officers at $15 a month each.
Before you ask
Do officers need special equipment?
No. The field flow runs in a browser on a standard phone. Decals are ordered separately and carry a QR code to the live record.
Can our client see the activity directly?
Yes. Property contacts can be given access scoped to their site, which removes most of the monthly reporting conversation.
What if an officer is challenged in the lot?
The officer never handles payment or release negotiation. Everything a motorist needs is on the notice and in the record.
