Whichever notice you have, start the same way
Scan the QR code on the decal, or go to app.unboot.me. Both land on the lookup page, where you enter your plate and state to find your vehicle.
If there is no plate on the vehicle, use the no-plate option and allow location access. Your phone finds open records for that spot.
Yellow: a warning
A warning costs nothing. It records the plate, the violation and the posted rule you are recorded against, and it closes itself after thirty-six hours.
It matters because it is the step before the ones that cost money. If you park the same way again at the same property, the record already shows you were told once.
Cyan: a citation
A citation carries a fee the property sets and publishes. Your vehicle is not immobilized, so you are not stranded while you deal with it.
Open the case, check the photographs against where you actually parked, then pay by card. The receipt carries the full paper trail, which is what settles a dispute later.
Orange: an immobilization
A boot stops the wheel turning. Driving on one damages the wheel, the brake assembly and often the fender, and that damage is yours — this is the one notice where the first instruction is to leave the vehicle alone.
Payment dispatches an operator automatically and starts a countdown on your screen. Typical release is around seven minutes. Stay with the vehicle if you can.
If you think any of it is wrong
Every case carries a dispute link. It goes to the property with the photographs, GPS and timestamps already attached, so someone is checking facts rather than weighing two memories.
Paying does not waive a dispute. If the property finds in your favor they refund against the same record.
If the vehicle is gone entirely
Look the plate up the same way. If the vehicle was towed, the case shows the tow partner, the impound yard address, its hours and its fees. Take photo identification with you.
A vehicle cannot be released from the yard while citations at the same property are unpaid, so clear those on the case first.
